Try Ilvae at home for 60 days

Use your own routine to decide whether Ilvae suits you. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return.

Start a return

Email support@ilvae.com with your order number. A person will confirm the correct return address and walk you through the process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
