How it works

Under each pad, the Ilvae EMS Trainer sends timed electrical impulses into the muscle, which contracts, holds and releases — the Pulse Cycle — for a hands-free session of about twenty minutes. You feel it from the first session, and you set the intensity level by level.

What it feels like

A firm, rhythmic squeeze — your muscle working without you moving. Twelve modes change the rhythm; nineteen intensity levels change how hard the squeeze is. Start low and build session by session.
